What
is the difference between The Goddess Diet and The Menopause Diet?
The
Goddess Diet book contains all the same information found
in The Menopause
Diet and The Menopause Diet Mini Meal Cookbook,
but is missing the chapter on hormone therapy. This book is intended
for women who run screaming from the room at the mere mention
of the "M" word, but want information that is crucial to their
understanding of how our bodies change as our hormones get out
of balance. The print type is smaller than in The Menopause
Diet, which is designed for fearless women who prefer
reading without their glasses and who already understand the power
that comes with menopause. The Menopause Diet suits
today's woman seeking to regain the shape and vitality of her
youth without the need for pills or surgery. The 7 day menu planner
is contained in The Menopause Diet Mini Meal Cookbook
and incorporates the recipes in the book.
How
do I know which book to order?
The
Goddess Diet is a better choice for perimenopausal women
while I recommend The Menopause Diet for menopausal/postmenopausal
women. However, if you prefer the gorgeous illustration on The
Goddess Diet over the sexy cover on The Menopause
Diet but don't want to miss out on the hormone chapter
information, I have placed that chapter as a health report in
the store so you can download it to your computer.
Can
I use these diets if I am a vegetarian?
All
diets can be adapted for vegetarians, and I include several vegan
recipes in the books. However, it is more difficult to be certain
you are getting enough protein if you eat neither fish nor fowl.
For vegetarians, I strongly recommend using a diet computer program
to be certain you are incorporating enough protein ito your diet.
